Over 1 mln people visit major exhibition marking PRC founding anniversary

BEIJING, Nov. 1 (Xinhua) -- A major exhibition marking the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China has attracted over 1 million visitors since it was launched at the Beijing Exhibition Center on Sept. 23, the organizer said Friday.

The exhibition chronicles the achievements made by China over the past 70 years and offers visitors an experience as if traveling through a time tunnel.

An online version of the exhibition (guoqing70.cctv.com) has also been launched to improve its accessibility.
