BEIJING, May 11 (Xinhua) -- Guangqi Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. will recall 3,316 imported vehicles in China from May 13, the country's market supervision authorities said.
The recall will involve imported model of Acura MDX, manufactured between Sept. 4, 2013 and Aug. 17, 2017, according to the State Administration for Market Regulation.
Due to design flaws, the vehicle tail light seals may deform and allow water to leak into the light assemblies, causing light failures and posing safety risks.
Guangqi Honda will replace the defective tail lights free of charge.
