BEIJING, May 2 (Xinhua) -- Disney and Marvel's "Avengers: Endgame" continued to top Chinese mainland daily box office Wednesday, the first day of the Labor Day holiday.
The superhero movie grossed over 499.48 million yuan (about 74.18 million U.S. dollars), according to China Movie Data Information Network.
Domestic romantic drama Always Miss You took the second place, taking in nearly 46.66 million yuan.
Coming in third was the Lebanese film "Capernaum," which earned around 26.55 million yuan on its first day of release.
