PV power station benefits impoverished households in China's Shanxi

Aerial photo taken on Oct. 23, 2018 shows a 40-megawatt photovoltaic (PV) power station in Tianzhen County of Datong City, north China's Shanxi Province. The PV power station covers an area of 73.6 hectares and benefits 1,400 impoverished households of 102 villages in Tianzhen County, providing an extra per capita income of 432.54 USD every year.
