NANJING, July 25 (Xinhua) -- A direct air route has been launched between Changzhou City in east China's Jiangsu Province, and Phuket in Thailand, the local authority said Wednesday.
There will be three flights, run by a Boeing 737-800 and operated by Thai airline Nok Air, every two weeks. A one-way trip takes around five hours and can carry up to 189 passengers.
The local government said the new route offered another choice for Changzhou residents to enjoy summer in a famous tourist resort. Enditem
