GUANGZHOU, March 31 (Xinhua) -- China's Shi Jilin clocked one hour, 15 minutes and 32 seconds to claim the men's title at the Guangzhou Rock 'n' Roll marathon on Saturday.
Chinese Yin Xiaoyu triumphed in the women's race with a time of 1:28:45.
With the company of music, over 10,000 runners from 43 countries and regions took part in the Guangzhou event.
Since 1998, the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series has made running fun by infusing the course with live bands, cheer teams, and creating a block-party atmosphere for runners and spectators.
