JAKARTA, Jan. 4 (Xinhua) -- A total of seven mixed doubles team and 6 men singles players from Indonesia will compete in the Thailand Badminton Open this month.
The tournament is scheduled to be held in Bangkok, the capital city of the country from January 9 to 14, Juaranet reported on Thursday.
The tournament will be the first international sport event that will be participated by Indonesian shuttlers this year.
A total of 6 male players have confirmed to compete in singles event, but four other shuttlers need to pass qualification stage first.
