LUANDA, June 12 (Xinhua) -- Serbia seeks to strengthen security cooperation with Angola and promote the two countries' exchanges in science and military economy, a senior Serbian security official said here on Monday.
Addressing the fourth meeting of the Angola-Serbia Defense Cooperation Committee, Aleksandar Zivkovic, state secretary of the Serbian Ministry of Defense, said his country has proposed an agreement on confidential data exchanges and protection, as well as cooperation in security services and counter-terrorism.
Serbia also seeks to deepen cooperation in science and military economy, he said.
Under an agreement between the two countries' armed forces, 25 cadets from Angola will receive military and medical training in Serbia in 2019.
