SEOUL, Feb. 25 (Xinhua) -- South Korean President Moon Jae-in met Sunday with the high-ranking delegation from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), which came here earlier in the day to attend the closing ceremony of the 23rd Winter Olympics.
Moon had a separate meeting with the DPRK delegation for about an hour in PyeongChang, an eastern county of South Korea in which the closing ceremony is scheduled to kick off Sunday night, according to local media reports citing the presidential Blue House.
The DPRK delegation, led by Kim Yong Chol, vice chairman of the Central Committee of the ruling Workers' Party of Korea, came via land route in the west region earlier in the day. The delegation will stay for three days.
